FoRSTA, now known as RSTA following the merger of the SSCA, the RSDA and the HFSA was officially launched on 19-Nov-2002 at the motorcycle museum in Birmingham, this dedicated event featured exhibitors from all disciplines and a conference based on highway maintenance principals.
